Installations We are able to offer an installation service for the audio visual equipment we supply. We also supply tester equipment for service engineers and installers. Promethean Activboard or SMARTBoard interactive whiteboards or, integrated whiteboard, projector and audio solution, can be purchased with installation as complete packages. All other AV installation work is carried out through a reputable third party installation company, IDNS. Details of standard installation packages below, however, we are happy to quote for installation of all audio visual equipment we supply. FREE site survey Once you place your order for installation work through IDNS, they will contact you regarding a site survey. We recommend this because they will be able to advise on any unforeseen problems, such as possible ceiling obstructions, air conditioning units. Once the site survey is complete, and you are happy with their recommendations, your order will be confirmed and the installation can be carried out. Discounts are available for 2-5 installs and over 5 installations, on the same site. Application specific installations, such as video walls, lecture theatres, boardrooms or installation of induction loop systems, will require bespoke pricing, subject to site survey. LED lighting, architectural lighting and DMX lighting We can quote for the supply of equipment for your lighting projects, with our without installation. A charge may be applicable for site survey for lighting projects, through our reputable lighting installation partner. Please speak to our lighting consultant or complete our sales contact form. For Panasonic and Sony CCTV, IP network cameras or video conferencing installation, we can offer pre-sales help with planning your project, supply of your equipment and installation through Panasonic and Sony authorized installers. Please do not book installation of equipment before goods have arrived and have been fully tested. We accept no liability for installation or other cost occurred in the case of late delivery.
